This Privacy Policy explains how ABEConnect Private Limited, the entity that owns and operates the Arkannect brand (referred to as Arkannect, we, us or our), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit www.arkannect.com (the Website), use our solar calculator, submit an enquiry, apply for a role, partner with us, use the Arkannect mobile application, or otherwise interact with us.

We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other applicable laws of India.

    • Enquiry and project details submitted through our contact form, callback requests, or WhatsApp and chat conversations.
    • Solar calculator inputs such as your location, monthly electricity bill or consumption, roof area, and property type, used to generate an indicative estimate.
    • Property and site information shared during a site survey, feasibility assessment, or proposal stage, including electricity bills, sanctioned load, and connection details.
    • Partner and channel partner details submitted through the Partner With Us form, such as company name, business type, and credentials.
    • Recruitment details submitted through the Careers section, including your resume or CV, work history, and qualifications.
    • Any other information you voluntarily provide in correspondence with us.
  2. Information we collect automatically.

    When you use the Website or our app, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, time spent, and other usage data through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section).

  • To process partner applications and recruitment applications.
  • To operate, maintain, personalise, and improve the Website, the mobile application, and our services.
  • To send you service updates, and, where permitted, marketing and promotional communications about our products and offers.
  • To measure and improve our marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, and to detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues.

6. Legal basis and consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and for the lawful and legitimate purposes described in this Policy, including for the performance of services you have requested and for compliance with applicable law. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in the Your Rights section.   • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
